The Aligned & Assigned Inner Circle is an intimate, 12-month leadership and formation experience for faith-led founders and leaders ready to strengthen their authority, steward their calling, and grow alongside women who understand the responsibility they carry.
This isn’t another room for information.
It’s a room for formation.

You get to be challenged, supported, prayed over, and sharpened by women who understand what it means to lead with faith and responsibility.

That means refining how we communicate, how we make decisions, how we serve, and how we lead.

We believe authority and humility belong in the same room.

The right room gives you language before pressure asks for it. It reveals where you have outgrown old thinking, old language, and even old versions of yourself.
This is a room for wise counsel, honest conversation, prayer, strategic refinement, and the kind of proximity that calls you higher without asking you to perform.

I don’t typically revisit recordings, but I felt led to go back through one training, and walked away with three pages of notes that directly apply to my life and leadership. The shift around moving from casual to excellence was immediate. It wasn’t just insight. It was conviction. If this is the level of clarity on day one, I’m fully locked in for what’s ahead.

Our in-person retreats create intentional space to step away from everyday leadership demands, deepen relationships, receive wise counsel, and make room for God to refine what comes next.
These are intimate, thoughtfully curated experiences combining leadership development, strategic conversations, prayer, meaningful connection, rest, and beautiful shared moments.

Our 2026 gathering · Newport Beach
Last season, women who are accustomed to pouring into everyone else came together to receive, reflect, and be refined.

Our 2027 season
The Year of the Pearl
What God has formed in you was never meant to stay hidden.
A pearl forms over time, layer by layer, as an oyster responds to an irritant. What begins as something uncomfortable becomes something valuable.
It’s a beautiful reminder of the wisdom, resilience, discernment, and authority that can develop through seasons we never would have chosen.
During our Newport Beach commissioning dinner, each woman received a pearl necklace.
It wasn’t simply a gift.
It was a reminder to recognize what God has formed within her, protect what she’s been entrusted with, and steward those gifts in service to others.
As we enter 2027, every woman who joins this season of the Inner Circle will receive her own pearl necklace as a symbol of that commitment.
The pearl isn’t the promise. It’s the reminder.

Led from the front
Led by a woman who is still in the arena.
Molly Gomez has spent more than a decade helping leaders find the language for what they carry and the conviction to act on it.
A former CBS news anchor and ESPN sideline reporter, Molly is an international speaker, the founder of Signature Story Co., and the creator of the Seven Story System™.
Today, her work goes beyond helping women tell better stories. She helps faith-led founders and leaders refine their authority, strengthen their communication, develop their business assets, and steward their influence with greater clarity and intention.
She believes leadership is not simply about what you build, but who you become as you carry the responsibility of building it.
